The Merck Frosst Lectures in Chemistry were established through the generosity of the Merck Frosst Centre for Therapeutic Research (Canada), Montreal, Quebec, and are intended to permit the Department of Chemistry of the University of Alberta to invite distinguished scientists who have made pioneering contributions to organic chemistry.
