Troubleshooting
Problem: I cannot click on the Col Smp icon to start collecting my background and/or spectrum.
- Check for the green checkmark beside "Bench Status" in the upper right corner of the screen.
- If there is no green checkmark, this indicates that the spectrometer is not communicating with the computer. Contact your TA or the Laboratory Coordinator for assistance.
