Dr. Cunsheng Zhu

Cunsheng Zhu recieved his B.Sc. degree from the Department of Chemistry at Jilin University in 2003. Then he went to Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences for his Ph.D program. After one year's study for professional lessons, he started his research about syntheses of bioactive natural products in Biao Yu's group. In 2008, he obtained his Ph.D degree with a thesis entitled "Total synthesis of Lobatoside E and Syntheses of Aescuflavoside A and its Analogues". In the same year he joined Dr. Lowary' s group with the interest of syntheses of bioactive glycopeptide molecules.
