Help is Available! Help Sessions will continue in E1-34 throughout the entire semester and final exam period. A special help session will be held at the end of the semester: Special Help Session for the Midterm: Date: October 18, 2016 Time: 5 PM Location: Chemistry Centre E1-60 Special Help Session for the Final: Date: December 8, 2016 Time: 5 PM Location: Chemistry Centre E1-60 Midterm Exam: October 20, 2016 If you miss the midterm you should contact the instructor The weight of a missed midterm goes onto the Final Exam Final Exam: Tuesday, December 13, 2016 2 PM to 5 PM (3 hours) Location: Main Gym rows 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 Bring Picture ID (Student ID or Driver's License). Bring Pencils & Eraser Bring Models - No Books, Notes or Electronic Devices SSDS (Special Services) students must submit form by Dec 2 and pick up exam on December 13 at SSDS or location TBA (To be announced) If you miss the final exam, follow university policy: see University Calendar ->-> see Section 23

You are encouraged to go through your midterm exam carefully to check for possible errors in addition or grading. If you feel that there is an error in grading, please print and complete the form below and attach it to your examination. Bring this form to me (J. Vederas) before or after class.
