Mass Spectrometry Facility

Two sample submission forms are available in PDF format. One for the analysis of small molecules or for general submission. The other for large molecules, such as proteins and peptides including protein identification via LC/MS/MS.

Each form can be filled-out on-line and then printed (requires Adobe Reader 5 or highr) or viewed and printed (with lower versions of Adobe Reader).  With Adobe Acrobat you can save the form you create for later use.  With Adobe Reader 7 or Adobe Acrobat 7 you can upload your Chemdraw or ChemSketch drawings in GIF, JPEG, PNG or TIFF formats.  Just export from ChemDraw/ChemSketch in the desired format and them upload to the form.
