Xiaochao Xue

Xiaochao obtained his B.Sc. in Pharmacy from Peking University and received his Ph.D. in Chemical Biology under the supervision of Dr. Zhongjun Li at the same university in 2015. His Ph.D. research was focused on the carbohydrate-based approach for the total synthesis of (-)-dinemasones B & C and biological activies evaluation. In the same year, he joined Dr. Lowary's group as a postdoctoral fellow. His current research involves the synthesis of intermediate GlfT1 substrate in AG biosynthesis in Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
