Registration Information for ISNA-11

Please read the following before completing your registration form.

Deadline for early registration is May 31, 2005; after this date, your credit card will be debited for the regular fee.

Cancellation policy. There will be a $40.00 administrative fee on registrations cancelled before June 1st. After that date, no refunds will be issued.

Receipts will be issued at the registration desk.

The full conference fee includes: breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, reception, banquet, tour.

Note: The registration form applies to the conference only. It does not reserve any accommodation. Please see Conference Venue to book your accommodation.

The registration form must be downloaded (Word or pdf file), contact and credit card information completed (including signature), and the form faxed or mailed to the Conference Office. The fax number and address are on the registration form.

ISNA-11 is sponsored under the auspices of IUPAC will take all possible steps to ensure the freedom of all bona fide chemists from throughout the world to attend. Intending participants should be requested to check that they comply with any entry visa requirements by contacting the nearest embassy or diplomatic mission of the host country. If no such representation exists in a particular country, participants should consult the Organizers about the appropriate authority to contact.

IUPAC sponsorship implies that entry visas will be granted to all bona fide chemists, provided application is made not less than six months in advance. If a visa is not granted two months before the meeting, the Organizers and the IUPAC Secretariat should be notified by the applicant.
